Mike is a composer for film and television, who trained at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance.

He has scored a number of soundtracks for TV, film and a variety of other media. Recent work includes the score for the Netflix natural history documentary Living With Leopards (co-composed with Paul Leonard-Morgan), and several series of the acclaimed BBC show Who Do You Think You Are. He has also contributed additional music for several dramas, such as the upcoming BBC1 drama Lost Boys & Fairies, the hit Steven Moffat drama Inside Man for BBC1/Netflix, and The CW's remake of Dynasty. Film credits include Academy Boy, Tinned Pears, Man Of The Land and the animated short Mr. Plastimime, directed by Oscar-winning director Daniel Greaves.

Mike has recently completed scoring on 'No Place For Football' (a feature length documentary for Village Roadshow), alongside Tom Howe and Joe Bridges. His album Caelestia was released in 2023 by Chromium Music Group, and received critical acclaim from Scala Radio, who made it their 'Album of the Week'.

He is also a full voting member of BAFTA.
